About the Event

Join us for 7 days of incredible adventure and learning, directly with the Yawanawa people of the Yawarani village in Brazil. Partake in their generational spiritual and cultural traditions, such as collective river baths, traditional foods, spirituality, dances, music and knowledge acquired with the descendants of our Amazonia ancestors.

We will experience the best of the Yawawana culture across activities including:

  • Story telling that holds countless wisdom and experiences of our late shaman Yawarani, leader of the Yawanawa people who passed away at the age of 107.
  • Rapeh circles
  • Smoking with sepa
  • Body painting with genipapo and urucum
  • Visit and activities in the kapok tree, the largest tree in the property including bath of medicinal herbs and clay with the Yawanawa
  • Application of Kapum (Kambo) **optional
  • Regional and traditional food (3 times a day)
  • Singing circles
  • Sananga application
  • Traditional games
  • Uni (Ayahuasca) ceremonies

The traditional Yawanawa ‘vivencias’ are curated deep in their home in the Amazon rainforest, and we have the honor to bring this to the SOL Centre. SOL Center is a regenerative jungle community focusing on connection with the natural world, ecological responsibility, permaculture design and new world paradigms based on the wisdom of the Earth.
